Getting to DMU Leicester City Campus on Foot
From the Bus Station (20 mins)
Turn right out of the bus station along Gravel St and left into Churchgate
continuing past the Clock Tower, down Gallowtree Gate and into Granby Street.
At the Grand Hotel, turn right into Belvoir (pronounced "beaver") Street.
Walk on the right-hand side of the road past Fenwicks before crossing to the
island opposite the City Council New Walk Centre and from there into Newarke
Street.
from BR London Road Station (15 mins)
Out of the station, turn right on to London Road. Keep on the right-hand side
before crossing to Granby Street through the underpass. At the first set of
traffic lights, turn left into Belvoir (pronounced "beaver") Street.
Walk on the right-hand side of the road past Fenwicks before crossing to the
island opposite the City Council New Walk Centre and from there into Newarke
Street.
Passing Phoenix Arts on your left walk towards the city's mediaeval Magazine,
and using the subway, follow the signs to the University.
