Welcome to my DMU home page! These are my main roles at work:-
- Principal Lecturer in the Department of Informatics, teaching systems analysis and design, research methods and systems development.
- Associate Researcher in the Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility, researching issues around privacy online
- Doctoral Supervisor for the Information Society Doctoral Programme and the Software Technology Research Laboratory.
- Co-author of the best-selling textbook Object-Oriented Systems Analysis and Design Using UML (4th edition published Spring 2010; 3rd edition now translated into Spanish and Taiwanese Chinese).
- Course leader (from September 2009) for MSc Computing, MSc Information Technology and MSc Information Systems Management.
