This is the third year of the International Conference on Recent Advances in Soft Computing. It is organised by the Centre for Computational Intelligence at De Montfort University in Leicester, England. This years conference proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag (as were last years). We are pleased to announce that Professor Jerry Mendel will be providing the plenary talk on "Uncertainty in Fuzzy Logic Systems".
