Applications

All applications that need to be emailed to placementunittech@dmu.ac.uk or handed in to the Placement Unit should be done by no later than noon on the specified closing date unless stated otherwise.

Login

If you have submitted a copy of your CV for our review, you should have received a login and password by now (Note: For security purposes, you must change your password once you have accessed our current vacancies site.

Draft CV

If you have not submitted your first draft CV, (try to do so ASAP), however you need to get your login & password to access the vacancies on Placement Unit website.

CV

During vacation period, the Placement Unit will shortlist you by sending your CV off to companies.  Therefore you must ensure (by checking with the Placement Unit) that we have an up-to-date copy of your CV. If not, you must email it URGENTLY to placementunittech@dmu.ac.uk

IT20

This is a dual purpose form:

• for requesting a hardcopy of application form from us. You need to complete and return it to the Placement Unit by the deadline specified on the IT/20. [Please ensure that you collect the application form requested from the pigeonholes in Placement Unit]

    or

• to notify us that you have submitted an online application - for the jobs that we advertise. You need to make it clear on the IT20 Form - name of the company that you have submitted the form online to, position, location and date.
