MSc Distributed Multimedia Computing




Introduction


Distributed Multimedia Computing is an MSc course and is part of the growing potofolio of postgraduate postgraduate activities (at MSc and PhD level) in Advanced Computing within the School.

It is available as a one year full-time course or as a flexible part-time course taking two years.

The Department possesses an advanced multi-media laboratory which is equipped with modern and powerful workstations together with all the software packages needed for the course. In addition, students will make use of the advanced facilities that exist within the Imaging Research Centre (IRC), one of the largest centres in the country.
