Management of the Centre for IT Service Management

Introduction

The management of CITSMR is carried out by the Director and a small staff committee. This committee develops research plans and reports on progress to the Faculty executive. 

 
Staff

Staff consists of eight lecturers within the Department of Information Systems at De Montfort University, of which three are core researchers and five are associates.

 
International Advisory Board

The International Advisory Board consist of senior researchers in service management and information systems.
